I was having a really hard time figuring out how to replace my phone. And Kyle merchant the associate there really helped me out! He was super professional and helped me figure out how to get my phone fixed for free! Great guy, great store, great customer service !

I wish to make this really clear...after being taken to the woodshed in Hartsdale after losing a phone almost a year ago...it was "used car salesman" style service . Today I visited the store in WP in the Westchester Mall...and Verizon representative Kyle Merchant was as down to earth and transparent as any service / salesperson I've ever come across. He is a people person..and I could only hope he'll have an opportunity to move up in his career with them.....he is the kind of person that would represent and make any company better ! Thank you Kyle!

I happen to go into the Westchester mall today to the Verizon store. I wasn’t intending on purchasing a phone but I did and I’m glad I did. I got the best service from Chris the sales rep. He sold me my new iPhone and I couldn’t be more happier he helped me an assisted me and setting everything up. I didn’t have to do a thing I did have to wait, but it was well worth it. Dijon was on the side, making jokes and making the customers happy as well. They are a great team.

I had a fantastic experience at Verizon during my visit to upgrade me and my sister's phone. Huge thanks to the team at Verizon. The staff (Miles S and Dijon) was friendly and helpful from the moment we walked in. I was assisted by Miles D. Since my phone needed to be ordered, I ended up making two visits, but the process was seamless! My sister is on my family plan and was able to upgrade her phone on the 1st visit while we enjoyed some shopping nearby. Miles D was so incredibly helpful and called me the moment my phone arrived so I could head back in. He was even willing to make time to come in on his day off to accommodate my schedule! The gesture was so genuine I had to make it my business to work around it and visit during his shift, but that level of dedication and customer service is rare! Miles D provided exceptional support in getting everything set up and made sure I walked out with one of their great plans that fit my needs perfectly and saved me money! The entire process was enjoyable and stress-free! I got to shop around while he got everything transferred to my new phone. If you're looking to upgrade, definitely ask for Miles D for the 5-star experience! Thanks M
